Practitioner-only selection

Every Modus partner has been a practitioner, not a theorist. We select for depth of execution experience, not credentials or client lists. If you have not done the work, you are not in the network.

Engagement accountability

We guarantee stability and responsiveness. No time wasting. Accountability is non-negotiable and contractual. If we cannot deliver the mandate, we will say so.

Partner criteria

Joining Modus is not easy. That is the point.

Typically 20+ years of practitioner-level experience in a defined discipline
Demonstrated delivery on senior mandates, not just advisory roles
Track record reviewable by Modus and verifiable by referees
No pending regulatory sanctions or professional misconduct findings
Alignment with the Modus code of conduct and engagement terms
